Hello everyone! My name is Nicole Polidori-Badeen and I am the Chef at Kitchen's Descendant. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 16 years. I have worked in every position, from a Bus Girl all the way to GM/Executive Chef. I have been featured in Hour Magazine as well as Fox 2 News. I graduated from Schoolcraft College with a degree in Culinary Arts, which includes my ServSafe Certification. Shortly thereafter, I lived in Europe for 6 months to learn more about their culture, beverage and cuisine.
I started Kitchen's Descendant to keep up with my new life demands as a devoted wife and mother. As a Chef, I found it extremely hard to find the time to cook my family the quality meals they deserve. I started prepping meals for the entire week. Eventually I started getting requests to make extra for others. The next thing I know, Kitchen's Descendant had started!
